Field Sales Representative – Urgent Hire

About the role

GT Legacy is seeking energetic, ambitious individuals to join its field sales team in the Toronto/GTA area. As a Field Sales Representative you will directly engage customers, promote TELUS‑partnered products, and build a pipeline that can lead to rapid career advancement.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with residential or business customers through face‑to‑face visits within assigned territories.
• Deliver professional presentations, product demonstrations, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Handle objections, close sales, and ensure accurate submission of customer information.
• Track daily activity, meet weekly and bi‑weekly performance targets, and participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through follow‑up and support.

Required profile

• Ambitious, goal‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
• Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people daily.
• Resilient – able to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
• Coachable – open to feedback, training and continuous improvement.
• Team‑oriented with a desire to support and eventually lead a sales team.
• Must be 18 years or older, have strong English communication skills, and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Full‑time availability and ability to travel locally within the assigned sales territory.
