Field Marketing Manager – Remote (Canada)

About the role

DeepJudge is expanding its North American presence and seeks a Field Marketing Manager to design and execute field marketing programs across the region. This remote role will work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to raise brand visibility and drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of target personas, market trends and competitive landscape to shape campaign messaging and event positioning.
• Define and maintain the North American field strategy and program calendar aligned with GTM priorities.
• Partner with Sales to translate regional priorities and target accounts into high‑impact field programs.
• Lead conference presence from planning through execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Create integrated programs that combine events, content, digital activation, customer advocacy and partner marketing.
• Design and run DeepJudge‑hosted experiences such as executive dinners, roundtables and workshops.
• Build account‑based programs for priority firms and buying committees.
• Manage end‑to‑end program delivery including budgets, vendors, logistics and onsite execution.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, meetings, pipeline contribution, ROI) and iterate on strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in high‑growth SaaS or tech; legal‑tech background a plus.
• Proven track record of owning field programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong collaboration skills with enterprise sales teams and understanding of complex buying journeys.
• Creative mindset with ability to design memorable experiences for enterprise audiences.
• Exceptional project‑management abilities to handle multiple programs, stakeholders and budgets.
• Data‑driven decision‑making using CRM and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel across North America and work in EST hours.
