Field Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Aramark Higher Education is seeking a creative and organized Field Marketing Coordinator to support campus‑wide marketing initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager, you will help translate marketing plans into tangible assets, drive student and customer engagement, and enhance the university’s brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate creation and distribution of campus‑wide marketing materials, signage, and menu communications using approved templates.
• Support collection, analysis, and reporting of customer feedback and campaign results, offering actionable insights.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, campus partners, and internal Aramark teams.
• Assist in growing the campus social media presence by creating content, coordinating campaigns, and monitoring engagement.
• Collaborate with the university’s Marketing & Communications department to promote programs, events, and dining initiatives.
• Partner with Aramark managers and operational teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Provide administrative and project‑coordination support for campaign planning, event execution, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Leadership experience through supervisory roles, club/organization leadership, or project management.
• Clear, concise communication skills with customers, clients, employees, and leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Experience with cost control, budgeting, or inventory management is desired.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
