As a Field Installation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of complex installation projects. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence by delivering high-quality results while strictly adhering to safety, budget, and timeline constraints.

Missions principales

• Lead, coach, and train installation teams (15 to 20 people) to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
• Supervise the assembly and installation of new furniture and partitions, as well as the dismantling and refurbishment of used products.
• Oversee office relocation projects, including the handling of contents, IT equipment, and furniture.
• Act as the primary interface between clients, project coordination teams, and other trades during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to support planning, labor estimation, and material availability.
• Conduct site measurements, plan reviews, and post-installation inspections to guarantee quality standards.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and actively participate in the safety committee.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in field supervision, ideally within office furniture, construction, or facilities management.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop large teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make real-time decisions on-site.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Rigorous organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and detail.
