Fast Food Restaurant Manager

About the role

Red Swan Pizza is seeking a motivated Fast Food Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Edmonton location. You will be responsible for maintaining profitability, ensuring high‑quality service, and fostering a safe, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and develop budgets for food, supplies, labour and other operating costs.
• Monitor revenues, adjust menu pricing and food preparation methods to meet budget targets.
• Plan, organize and supervise daily restaurant activities, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate a team of 5‑10 employees.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, balance sheets and financial reports.
• Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with health‑safety regulations.
• Address customer complaints and contribute to marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• College diploma or equivalent experience (1‑2 years in a similar role).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and handle fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Smart Serve certification.
• First Aid certification.
• WHMIS certification.
• Safe Food Handling certification.
