About the role

As a Fashion Advisor at CHANEL, you will be the face of the brand in the Bloor boutique, delivering an exceptional, personalized experience to every client. You will combine deep product knowledge with a genuine passion for fashion to build lasting relationships and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke client service that reflects CHANEL’s values, ensuring each guest feels understood, valued, and cared for.
• Maintain expert product knowledge, offering styling advice and maximizing every sales opportunity.
• Achieve and exceed personal and boutique sales targets while staying informed on the latest trends and collections.
• Support daily boutique operations, including back‑of‑house tasks, alterations, and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain accurate client data, follow‑up promptly, and ensure a seamless after‑sales experience.
• Uphold the prestige of the CHANEL brand through impeccable personal presentation and refined etiquette.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end customer service, with a track record of driving sales.
• Strong ability to build personalized relationships and exceed client expectations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and the heritage of the CHANEL house.
• Motivation to meet and surpass sales objectives while collaborating with a team.
