Family/General Practitioner – Flexible Schedule in Aldergrove

About the role

We are seeking experienced Family Practitioners/General Practitioners to join a well‑established community clinic in Aldergrove. The position offers the flexibility to set your own hours, work part‑time or full‑time, and even establish your own practice within the existing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a growing patient base in Aldergrove.
• Conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and manage treatment plans.
• Utilize the clinic’s examination rooms, surgical suite, and on‑site pharmacy and physiotherapy services.
• Maintain accurate patient records using both electronic and paper charting systems.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support staff and participate in mentorship and business coaching programs.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Medicine or General Practice physician.
• Several years of clinical experience, preferably in a community or family practice setting.
• Ability to work independently while integrating into a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to serving the Aldergrove community and adapting to a growing patient population.

Required skills

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and paper charting.
• Basic surgical suite procedures and minor office‑based surgeries.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
