About the role

The Medical Centre in Pitt Meadows is seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join a collaborative team of six physicians. The position involves providing comprehensive primary care to walk‑in patients and families in a modern, renovated facility located at the junction of Lougheed Highway and Harris Road.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality family medicine services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage walk‑in and scheduled appointments during regular hours (Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑5 pm).
• Collaborate with pharmacy and medical equipment staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Oscar EMR system.
• Participate in on‑site team meetings and contribute to a supportive clinical environment.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Practitioner or General Practitioner.
• Commitment to providing patient‑centered care in a community setting.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Oscar EMR system.
