Family Practitioner / General Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking a Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join a brand‑new multidisciplinary clinic in downtown Langley. The clinic provides modern exam rooms, a dedicated MOA team, and easy access to a wide range of allied health professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and manage ongoing primary‑care follow‑ups.
• Collaborate daily with pharmacists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, respiratory therapists, internal medicine specialists, psychiatrists, and other allied health staff.
• Utilise the Juno and Oscar EMR platforms, including AI‑driven scribe functionality, to document visits and embed billing codes.
• Apply an 80/20 billing split and coordinate cross‑coverage with fellow providers and a designated locum physician.
• Participate in on‑site meetings, case reviews, and use newly built conference rooms for multidisciplinary discussions.

Required profile

• Current licence to practice Family Medicine or General Practice in Canada.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Willingness to engage in provider‑to‑MOA teamwork and cross‑cover as needed.

• Estimated remuneration of $300 K–$400 K per year with an 80/20 billing split.
