Family Practitioner / General Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking a Family Practitioner or General Practitioner to join our brand‑new clinic in Aldergrove. The clinic opened in 2025, includes an attached pharmacy, and offers a mix of scheduled appointments, walk‑in hours and virtual consultations. You will have the flexibility to build your own practice or work walk‑in clinic hours at a pace that suits you.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary‑care services to patients in a modern clinic with 12 exam rooms.
• Participate in the After Hours Coverage Program and manage Saturday walk‑in clinics for unregistered patients.
• Deliver virtual consultations using the Cortico platform and integrate emerging AI tools.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Oscar and Juno EMR systems.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and support teams to ensure cost‑effective, efficient care.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a valid licence to practice family or general medicine in Canada.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort with flexible scheduling, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Interest in developing a personal practice within a growing clinic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oscar EMR.
• Proficiency with Juno EMR.
• Experience using Cortico for telehealth services.

• Compensation ranging from $300 000 to $400 000 CAD per year, based on experience.
