Family Practitioner / General Practitioner

About the role

Join a well‑established family practice that has served the community for over 20 years. The clinic offers a full spectrum of family medicine, from treating minor injuries to managing chronic diseases, and provides both in‑person and virtual care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a large patient panel.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Manage chronic disease treatment plans and follow‑up care.
• Participate in walk‑in clinic operations and occasional alternate Saturdays.
• Utilize the Med Access EMR system for documentation and billing.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Practitioner or General Practitioner.
• Experience in a busy primary‑care or walk‑in setting.
• Team‑oriented, resourceful, and welcoming attitude.
• Willingness to start as a locum and transition to a permanent position.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Med Access EMR.
