About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to join our long‑standing, full‑service family practice. The clinic has served the community for over 20 years, offering walk‑in care, minor injury treatment, and chronic disease management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel, including acute and preventive services.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate long‑term treatment plans.
• Participate in walk‑in clinic operations and occasional alternate Saturday shifts.
• Utilize virtual care options when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Med Access EMR system.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Medicine or General Practice physician.
• Experience in a busy outpatient or walk‑in setting.
• Willingness to work onsite with occasional remote consultations.
• Professional, resourceful, and collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Med Access electronic medical record (EMR) system.
