About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner/General Practitioner to provide comprehensive, longitudinal primary care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan. The role involves delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care in a collaborative clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence‑based practice.
• Perform preventative care, health promotion, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centred services.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using the EMR system.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, teaching, or leadership activities as appropriate.
