Family Practitioner / General Practitioner (French-speaking)

About the role

A multidisciplinary, team‑based clinic in Kitsilano is seeking part‑time and full‑time physicians to provide family and general practice care. The position focuses on serving French‑speaking patients of all ages who face barriers in the English‑language primary care system, offering longitudinal care that includes mental health and addiction services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse French‑speaking patient population.
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide mental health and addiction support as part of longitudinal care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a clinic equipped with four exam rooms and a charting room.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Medical degree and licensure to practice as a Family Physician in British Columbia.
• Fluency in French (required); additional languages are a plus.
• Commitment to serving underserved and culturally diverse communities.
• Ability to work within a team‑based, patient‑centred environment.
