Family Practitioner / General Practitioner – Community Clinic

About the role

Join a well‑established blend of family practice and a limited walk‑in clinic that has been serving its community since 1992. The busy clinic, located two minutes from Langley Hospital, sees 150‑200 patients daily across six family physicians, supported by six medical office assistants and an attached pharmacy. The position offers a mix of in‑person and virtual care, with optional hospital privileges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine, ranging from treatment of minor injuries to management of chronic diseases.
• See patients in the clinic, walk‑in centre, and on Saturdays for aesthetic services.
• Utilise the Oscar EMR system for documentation and billing.
• Optionally obtain hospital privileges and participate in virtual consultations.
• Choose between traditional fee‑for‑service or LFP billing models.

Required profile

• Board‑certified family physician with experience in full‑spectrum primary care.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume environment (150‑200 patients per day).
• Willingness to engage with the local community and contribute to service expansion.
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Oscar EMR system.
• Familiarity with LFP billing processes.
