Family Physician – Full‑time Practice in West Kelowna

About the role

Join a well‑established community clinic in West Kelowna as a Family Physician. You will provide longitudinal primary‑care to a growing, under‑served population while enjoying a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accept new patients and deliver comprehensive family‑medicine care both in‑person and by phone.
• Document all encounters in the Accuro EMR system and manage test results according to College guidelines.
• Maintain a regular schedule (Monday‑Friday, 8 am–4 pm) while having flexibility to set your own daily hours.
• Participate in team coverage for vacations, illnesses, and other absences to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Medical degree and valid licence to practice family medicine in British Columbia.
• Experience in primary‑care or family practice preferred.
• Commitment to serving an underserved community and ability to work within a team‑based model.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Accuro EMR documentation.
