Family Physician – Full‑time, Ottawa Clinic

About the role

Infinity Health is opening a new medical clinic at 75 Albert Street, Ottawa, with operations beginning on 1 April 2026. Ten full‑time Family Physicians are needed to deliver compassionate, holistic primary care to both rostered and walk‑in patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary health care to individuals of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical examinations, routine health assessments and follow‑up care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and perform minor medical procedures within the scope of family practice.
• Order, review and interpret diagnostic tests (lab work, imaging, etc.) and collaborate with other health professionals as needed.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, vaccinations, lifestyle choices and health‑promotion strategies.
• Maintain accurate, thorough and compliant medical documentation in English.

Required profile

• Qualified Family Physician licensed to practice in Ontario.
• Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, seven days a week.
• Fluent in English for all clinical interactions and documentation.
