Family Physician – Full-time, Part-time, or Locum

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Family Physician to join our Ontario clinic, providing comprehensive primary and walk‑in care to patients of all ages. The position can be structured as full‑time, part‑time, or locum, allowing flexibility while building a lasting patient panel.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and thorough medical assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide preventive services such as vaccinations and health screenings.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work, imaging, and ECGs.
• Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals for referrals and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with Ontario health regulations.
• Stay current with continuing medical education and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from an accredited institution.
• Licensure with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or eligibility.
• Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) or equivalent.
• Current medical liability insurance (CMPA coverage).
• Experience in primary, urgent, or rural care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
