Family Medicine Physician – Full‑Time (Ontario)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our WELL Health Clinic in Vaughan, Ontario. In this full‑time position you will provide comprehensive primary‑care services to a growing patient base while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct family medicine consultations and manage chronic health conditions.
• Perform venipuncture and pulmonary testing as part of patient assessments.
• Document patient encounters using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Collaborate with on‑site gynecologist, nuclear medicine/internal medicine specialist, and walk‑in clinic staff.
• Support clinic operations by participating in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Medicine physician licensed to practice in Ontario.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate clinic and walk‑in demands.
