Family Law Attorney – Arnold, Missouri

About the role

Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a motivated attorney to join its family law practice in Arnold, Missouri. The role offers extensive courtroom exposure, hands‑on case management, and the chance to support clients through divorce, custody, and related matters across Southeast Missouri, including Sainte Genevieve County.

Key responsibilities

• Manage family law cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and third parties.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trials.
• Attend court appearances, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests.
• Maintain organized, accurate case files and ensure timely completion of work products.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active license to practice law in Missouri.
• Strong interest in family law; prior experience preferred but not required.
• Litigation experience in any practice area is acceptable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
