Family Caregiver

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Family Caregiver to provide in‑home support to elderly clients in Toronto. The role offers optional live‑in accommodation at no charge, though this is not a condition of employment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, hygiene, and infant care guidance.
• Assist with feeding, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and handle food shopping.
• Launder clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping, and maintain a clean living environment.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and ensure client safety.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including CPR and First Aid procedures.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
• 1–2 years of experience in home or personal care.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check.
• Physical capability to bend, kneel, lift up to 23 kg and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong interpersonal communication.

Required skills

• Current CPR certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
