Fall 2026 Internship – Applied Accounting & Administration

About the role

The Centre for Continuing Education seeks a qualified instructor to lead the Applied Accounting and Administration (AAA-04) internship for the Fall 2026 semester. The position involves delivering course content both online and at various in‑person locations, supervising student interns, and ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Inform the Program Coordinator of any internship‑related issues (e.g., CNESST, absences, harassment).
• Monitor and evaluate students’ acquisition of internship competencies and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with host supervisors to track student progress and industry trends.
• Visit interns and their host supervisors (on‑site or virtually) for performance evaluation.
• Submit a comprehensive internship report summarising placements, challenges, and industry observations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of relevant business or industry experience; managerial experience is an asset.
• Several years of post‑secondary teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingualism (English/French) preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff or student interns in an accounting environment.
