Expo/Food Runner

About the role

Join the team at Park Distillery, a backcountry lodge‑inspired craft distillery located in downtown Banff. As an Expo/Food Runner you will ensure that every order reaches guests quickly, accurately, and with a smile, supporting a fast‑paced, high‑energy dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Present food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and proper timing.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout the shift.
• Assist with expediting dishes during peak periods to keep service flow smooth.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide courteous service at the point of delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand and move continuously for an entire shift.
