Experienced Welder/Fabricator – Competitive Pay

About the role

Surespan Structures Ltd is seeking experienced welders and fabricators to join our Duncan, BC division. You will work on commercial bridges, marinas, and steel building projects, helping us deliver high‑quality results on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks on commercial steel structures and bridges.
• Read and interpret project plans, diagrams, and written instructions.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely in shop and field environments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of welding/fabrication experience; 4+ years preferred.
• Valid welding certification is an asset.
• Experience in shop fabrication and on‑site construction.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to travel to and from the work site in Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
