Experienced Finish Grader Operator – Full‑time

About the role

Park Paving Ltd., a leading road construction contractor in Edmonton, is seeking an experienced Finish Grader Operator for the 2026 construction season. The successful candidate will work on a variety of road projects, ensuring sub‑grade surfaces are finished to precise tolerances.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the finish grader to achieve sub‑centimeter tolerances on sub‑grade, stabilized gravel, and other surfaces.
• Cut grade against concrete, grade stakes, asphalt, and other job‑site structures.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Assist foremen with equipment issues and support crew with site activities.
• Maintain safety standards and stay alert to surrounding conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Finish Grader Operator.
• Physical strength and stamina to work outdoors on uneven ground in varying weather.
• Valid clean Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a medical/fitness exam and maintain a clean driving record.
