Executive Protection Specialist

About the role

The Executive Protection Specialist supports the safety and security of senior bank executives as part of TD's Employee Protection Program. Working closely with the GPS Employee Protection team, you will provide discreet, professional protection services across a variety of environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide secure transportation for senior executives, planning routes and adjusting plans to mitigate security risks.
• Manage visitor access and control on executive floors, ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry.
• Conduct security advances, close‑protection duties, and patrols at corporate facilities and external venues.
• Coordinate special‑event security and respond to incidents, maintaining detailed reports.
• Collaborate with executive assistants, third‑party security vendors, and law‑enforcement agencies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in executive protection, close protection, or high‑risk security environments.
• Strong situational awareness and ability to make rapid, sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
