Executive Director (Volunteer, Remote)

About the role

Bridge to Health Medical and Dental is seeking a visionary volunteer Executive Director to lead its remote operations. The role is part‑time (20 hours/week) starting August 1 2026 and focuses on scaling health, dental and community‑capacity programs in Kenya and Uganda.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and work closely with the Board of Directors to define long‑term vision.
• Oversee operational, financial and human‑capital functions to ensure sustainability.
• Identify and develop fundraising opportunities and new partnerships.
• Guide program expansion, including healthcare outreach, training initiatives and international collaborations.
• Champion innovation and technology adoption to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading nonprofit or global‑health organisations.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a track record of successful fundraising.
• Ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to human‑centered design and community‑driven solutions.
