Executive Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery

About the role

The Executive Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery will support the Managing Director in overseeing global initiatives, project planning, budgeting, and policy compliance within MUFG Investor Services. This senior leader will drive client integration, business development, and product management while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Director with location management, global projects, planning, deliverables, and budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to company and department policies, identify gaps/risks, and support regulatory compliance.
• Support client integration, client service management, and new‑business generation, retention, and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with product development and product management on operating models and technical resources.
• Lead and develop direct reports through regular coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
• Participate in internal client service reviews, line‑of‑business frameworks, and Investor Delivery initiatives.
• Contribute to or lead projects that foster innovation, change, and a global operating model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business‑related field.
• 10+ years of operations experience in financial services, fund administration, or asset management.
• 5–10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Strong people‑leadership and business acumen.
