Executive Assistant to VP, Digital Product

About the role

Air Canada is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice‑President of Digital Product. The role provides high‑trust administrative support, managing the VP’s calendar, communications, travel, and meeting logistics while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex calendar management, aligning time with business priorities and urgent operational needs.
• Tri­age emails and requests, escalating urgent matters and ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Support the VP’s leadership operating rhythm, including team meetings, business reviews, product reviews, steering committees, and off‑sites.
• Organize meetings end‑to‑end: planning, agendas, scheduling, technology setup, materials, notes, and action‑item tracking.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive offices, senior leaders, assistants, external partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Prepare and polish executive‑ready presentations, briefing materials, reports, and meeting packages.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports, invoices, purchase orders, and related administrative processes.
• Support budget administration activities and maintain accurate records, contact lists, and shared repositories.
