Esports Community Management Developer

About the role

The Esports Community Management Developer strengthens the relationship between Rainbow Six Esports, professional players, and the broader fanbase. This role sits at the intersection of esports, community, and editorial, shaping communication, trust, and actionable feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Rainbow Six Esports professional players, handling game‑related queries, account issues and priority escalations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with pro players across regions, supporting studio activities such as playtests, workshops and feedback sessions.
• Own professional player feedback loops, capture insights, structure them and translate into actionable recommendations for development and production teams.
• Produce regular reports on player sentiment, key topics, friction points and risk areas, and ensure alignment among internal stakeholders.
• Lead editorial execution for esports‑facing content, including long‑form blog posts, competitive updates, ecosystem explainers and community guides.
• Write scripts and narrative outlines for video content and create tactics guides to boost fan retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with publishing and production partners to develop content plans that support brand strategy and seasonal priorities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience working with esports communities or professional gaming players.
• Strong understanding of the Rainbow Six franchise and its competitive ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a trusted liaison between players and internal teams.
