EPM Consultant – Toronto

About the role

Voiant is seeking an EPM Consultant to join its Canadian delivery team. You will work directly with Fortune‑500 and high‑growth clients, helping them design, implement, and optimise sales planning and revenue‑operations solutions across leading platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to capture business objectives and planning requirements for sales, finance, and revenue operations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and translate current‑ and future‑state processes into functional specifications.
• Contribute to sales planning, territory design, quota setting, incentive compensation, forecasting and reporting initiatives through workshops, demos and testing.
• Support user‑acceptance testing, training, and go‑live readiness to ensure smooth change adoption.
• Produce and maintain client‑facing documentation such as requirements, process flows, training guides and presentations.
• Communicate project status, risks and recommendations clearly to both clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in consulting, systems implementation or enterprise software delivery.

Required skills

• Experience with at least one of the following EPM platforms: Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent.
