Entry Level Solar Sales Representative (Fast Advancement)

About the role

Firefly Solar is looking for motivated individuals to join its field sales team in Edmonton. As an Entry‑Level Solar Sales Representative you will knock on doors, educate homeowners about residential solar, and schedule qualified in‑home appointments for senior Solar Educators.

Key responsibilities

• Attend a brief daily team meeting for training and territory assignment.
• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods, typically between 2 PM and 8 PM.
• Engage homeowners in conversation about solar energy, qualify interest, and book in‑home consultations.
• Collect site photos of roofs, electrical panels and meters, and upload all details into the CRM.
• Maintain accurate records to enable the proposal team to generate quotes.

Required profile

• Comfortable with commission‑only income and flexible evening hours.
• Outgoing, able to start conversations with strangers at their doors.
• Coachable, eager for daily feedback and performance‑based advancement.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Basic use of a CRM system for data entry and appointment scheduling.
