Entry-Level Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level software developer to help build and ship AI‑driven sales agents that call, text, and email prospects for our clients. You will work directly with the founder, own feature delivery, and see your code in production within weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop real product features and ship them quickly.
• Build and deploy AI agents that qualify leads, handle objections, and book meetings.
• Integrate agents with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Bonzo) using n8n, webhooks, and APIs.
• Implement telephony and compliance layers (Twilio, A2P/10DLC).
• Write prompts and scripts that make AI conversations sound natural.
• Debug JSON, webhook failures, and field‑mapping issues.
• Onboard new clients, explain technical details in plain language.
• Support marketing, customer service, and other startup needs as required.

Required profile

• Early‑career developer (first or second professional role).
• Self‑starter who builds side projects or tools without being asked.
• Willing to commit fully to one company and grow into a leadership role.
• Detail‑oriented, able to troubleshoot independently.
• Strong communication skills for client calls.
• Based in the United States.

Required skills

• Experience with n8n workflow automation.
• Working knowledge of webhooks and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Twilio and A2P/10DLC compliance.
• Integration experience with GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or Bonzo CRMs.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $30–$40 CAD (approximately $62K–$83K per year).
