Entry Level Business Development Representative – Industrial Warehouse & Packaging

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Business Development Representative to join Bunzl Distribution’s fast‑growing industrial division. You will focus on expanding sales of warehouse and packaging supplies across your assigned territory, working with both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and sell innovative industrial and packaging solutions to new customers.
• Introduce and upsell products and services to existing customers, including categories they currently purchase elsewhere.
• Replace competitor products with Bunzl’s preferred‑vendor offerings.
• Promote new services that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• A college or university degree or diploma.
• 1‑3 years of successful account sales or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑starter attitude with a collaborative mindset.
