Entry-Level Architectural Designer

About the role

CRB is seeking an entry‑level Architectural Designer to support the design and construction of high‑impact facilities in the life sciences and food & beverage sectors. Working under the supervision of the project’s Architect of Record, you will contribute to multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating closely with architectural and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create design and construction models, floor and ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit or other BIM software.
• Produce drawings based on mark‑ups from senior architectural staff and review them for compliance with CRB documentation standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction personnel to ensure integrated designs.
• Assist with field investigations, information gathering, and on‑site visits.
• Participate in drawing reviews, coordination meetings, and quality checks.

Required profile

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, D.Arch) or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in an A/E/C firm (or equivalent technical trade certification).
• Willingness to travel moderately for project‑based activities or training.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Enscape, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of sustainability credentials such as LEED or WELL is a plus.
