Enterprise Sales Director, Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead our Healthcare sales efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding relationships with enterprise customers. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at our largest customers.
• Lead negotiations, address objections, and close complex multi‑figure deals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, technical, and operations teams to deliver our AI‑native solution.
• Utilize AI tools across the sales cycle to automate low‑value tasks and focus on high‑value customer interactions.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of enterprise‑facing sales experience, closing large accounts.
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota and handling 6‑ and 7‑figure ACV deals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Proven track record of prospecting and lead generation.
