About the role

The Engineer I will develop and maintain technical solutions that follow engineering and architectural design principles while meeting business needs. This role focuses on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security, ensuring solutions comply with enterprise and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage deep technology expertise to provide tools, processes, and documentation for technology provisioning, management, and support across the organization.
• Execute engineering strategy related to tool introduction and automation of build, test, release, and configuration activities for applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Operations to integrate automated/self‑serve release processes for applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technology partners to identify synergies and align solutions with business needs.
• Act as a lead innovator and change agent for managed programs and services.
• Implement engineering best practices and work with other teams to promote consistent management approaches.
• Stay current with vendor platforms, industry trends, frameworks, and applications.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and assess impacts across the enterprise.
• Interpret client requirements, assess engineering needs, and devise solutions for non‑standard requests.
• Apply best practices to improve products or services within the discipline and monitor cost control.
