Employment Consultant - Case Manager

About the role

This is a permanent position. We’re looking for an Employment Consultant – Case Manager who is empathetic, well‑organized, and genuinely motivated to help others move toward employment goals while managing multiple clients and responsibilities at the same time. You’ll provide one‑on‑one support, career counselling, and coaching to individuals facing barriers to employment, helping them explore options, build resumes, prepare for interviews, and connect with training or job opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client intake, assessment, and case management
• Develop and monitor individualized employment and return‑to‑work action plans
• Deliver employment counselling using motivational interviewing and trauma‑informed care
• Maintain accurate, timely case notes and reports in line with program requirements
• Collaborate with community partners and refer clients to appropriate resources
• Balance client appointments, documentation, and follow‑ups throughout the day

Required profile

• Passionate about helping others succeed in their career goals
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy day
• Comfortable using technology and case management systems to stay organized and on track
