Emergency Medicine Physician – Full Time

About the role

Join a dedicated team at Langley Memorial Hospital’s new Emergency Department. We are seeking five full‑time Emergency Medicine physicians to provide high‑quality, timely care for a rapidly growing community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ICU, surgery, pediatrics, and diagnostics.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and maintain readiness for acute cases.
• Contribute to departmental quality improvement and education initiatives.

Required profile

• FRCPC or CCFP in Emergency Medicine.
• Current CPSBC full license or provisional eligibility.
• Certification in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.
• Eligibility for Canadian medical practice (USA certification accepted).

Required skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
