Education Document Specialist (Remote, Part-time)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Education Document Specialist to create and evaluate benchmark tasks that focus on educational documents and visual content. This part‑time independent contractor position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to AI model performance in the education domain.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality benchmark tasks using educational materials, assessments, reports, and instructional content.
• Define clear ground‑truth answers and objective scoring rubrics for each task.
• Interpret and analyze educational documents, charts, diagrams, worksheets, and other academic materials.
• Review model responses for accuracy, reasoning quality, and adherence to instructions.
• Develop grounded educational scenarios with measurable evaluation criteria.
• Produce precise, well‑structured deliverables while meeting project deadlines.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and maintain consistency and quality in a fully remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex educational content into clear evaluation frameworks.
• Flexibility to adapt to project extensions based on performance.
