Education Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Education Architect to lead the design of flexible, connected, sustainable and inclusive learning environments across primary, secondary and higher‑education institutions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality architectural solutions that enhance student, faculty and staff experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs that meet project budgets, timelines and aesthetic goals.
• Coordinate design intent with engineering, MEP and structural disciplines.
• Integrate site surveys, field reviews and jurisdictional code requirements into design documents.
• Prepare design reports, drawings and 3D models following office standards.
• Conduct site visits to verify construction compliance and resolve deviations with owners and contractors.
• Review shop drawings and project deliverables to ensure adherence to codes and quality controls.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of professional architectural experience, preferably on education projects.
• Completed post‑secondary education in architecture and registration with a relevant professional architectural association.
• Proven ability to manage all phases of the project cycle.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $115,000 per year.
