E-commerce & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

North Shore Botanicals is seeking a part-time, remote E‑commerce & Social Media Coordinator to manage its online store and expand its digital presence. The role combines day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations with content creation and community engagement across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings, inventory, and order flow on the Shopify store.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other channels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via website, email and social media.
• Track and report on e‑commerce and social media performance metrics.
• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Engage with the online community by replying to comments and messages.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in e‑commerce management or social media marketing.
• Proven ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Legal right to work in Canada.

Required skills

• Shopify platform management.
• Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Analytics and reporting tools for e‑commerce and social channels.
• Email marketing platforms.
