E-Commerce Merchandiser

About the role

Techo-Bloc is seeking an E‑Commerce Merchandiser to maintain, organize and improve its online catalog and website experience. You will work closely with development, UX/UI, marketing and digital teams to enhance product visibility, navigation and overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize product and category pages for accuracy, clarity and user experience.
• Refine category structures, sorting logic, filters, product tagging and on‑site search functionality.
• Manage website content, CMS organization, category hierarchy, menus and internal linking.
• Apply SEO best practices to product and category metadata, page structure and search visibility.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure content consistency with brand standards.
• Support seasonal launches, promotions and ongoing website enhancements.
• Monitor traffic, bounce rate, time on page, search usage and product performance metrics.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and stakeholders on new features and integrations.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, digital marketing, e‑commerce, business, communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, website management, merchandising or SEO.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with interest in website performance.
