E-Commerce Merchandiser

About the role

Techo-Bloc is seeking an E‑Commerce Merchandiser to maintain, organize, and improve its online catalog and website experience. You will work closely with development, UX/UI, marketing, and digital teams to enhance product visibility, navigation, and overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize product and category pages for accuracy, clarity, and user experience.
• Refine category structures, sorting logic, filters, product tagging, and on‑site search functionality.
• Manage website content, CMS organization, category hierarchy, menus, internal linking, and overall site structure.
• Support SEO best practices by optimizing metadata, internal links, and page structure.
• Conduct regular website and catalog audits to ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Assist with merchandising updates, seasonal launches, promotions, and ongoing enhancements.
• Monitor key metrics such as traffic, bounce rate, time on page, and product performance.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to implement new features and integrations.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, digital marketing, e‑commerce, business, communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, website management, merchandising, SEO, or content management.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with interest in website performance and optimization.
