E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist will own day‑to‑day website merchandising, product catalog management, and coordination of paid media campaigns. Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, you will work closely with Operations, Creative, and the broader marketing team to ensure a seamless online experience that drives sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute website theme, price, and merchandising updates for promotions, seasonal changes, and new product launches.
• Set up product pages with accurate copy, imagery, variants, and placement while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels, flag low‑stock items, and manage sold‑out or back‑in‑stock messaging.
• Maintain product catalog data, site taxonomy, and perform regular QA to fix broken links or layout issues.
• Track site performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, page speed) and recommend improvements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the digital marketing agency for paid social, paid search, and other performance channels.
• Track and report campaign performance against KPIs, budgets, and goals.
• Brief creative assets, manage the digital marketing calendar, and support budget tracking and invoice reconciliation.
• Collaborate on testing strategies (creative, audience, landing page) to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance the online experience.
• Strong collaborative mindset, able to work cross‑functionally with Ops, Creative, and Marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills for agency coordination and internal briefings.
