E-commerce Associate – Customer Service & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive E‑commerce Associate to join our Montreal office. The role blends customer service, order management, and day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations for a fast‑growing jewelry brand. You will work closely with the fulfillment and marketing teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media and phone promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, shipping updates, exchanges, returns and warranty requests.
• Review and verify orders before fulfillment to guarantee accuracy.
• Support daily Shopify operations, including inventory updates and product listing maintenance.
• Collaborate with the fulfillment team to coordinate order processing and shipping.
• Monitor customer reviews, identify recurring issues and propose workflow improvements.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, promotions, product launches and influencer collaborations.
• Maintain organized records and internal documentation.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic and willingness to grow with the company.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with Gorgias, Klaviyo and Canva.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and inventory management tools.
