Duty Officer – Montreal Airport Operations

About the role

Royal Air Maroc is seeking a Duty Officer to support the Stopover Chief at Montreal Airport. The role ensures smooth passenger flow, punctuality, and security across all airline operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise services provided to RAM customers throughout the passenger circuit, ensuring compliance with RAM quality standards.
• Oversee assistance organisations and control service delivery.
• Coordinate passenger care during irregularities, including transport and accommodation.
• Represent RAM with local authorities and stakeholders at the stopover.
• Collaborate with the Operations Control Center (CCO) and other operational entities such as hotlines and hubs.
• Report stopover activity and consolidate passenger complaints for resolution.
• Contribute to the promotion of RAM’s brand image.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2) or higher in management, operations, tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an airline, handling company, or as a Duty Officer, supervisor, or stopover coordinator.
• Experience with control processes, handling operations, and regulations concerning dangerous goods.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Dynamic, agile, and strong learning capacity.
