Drywall Installer – Commercial & Residential

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team in Abbotsford, BC, working on both commercial and residential projects. The role involves preparing surfaces, installing drywall systems, and ensuring a high‑quality finish.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets on metal or wooden studs and joists.
• Apply successive coats of joint compound, sand seams and joints, and finish surfaces.
• Install metal corner beads, wire mesh, and metal stud framing for interior walls and ceilings.
• Apply stucco coats to exterior surfaces to create weather‑proof finishes.
• Cut openings for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing penetrations and work safely at heights on scaffolding or swing stages.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of drywall installation experience.
• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 13.5 kg.
• Dependable, flexible, good judgment, reliable team player.
