Drillers, Helpers & Trainees – Full‑Time Positions

About the role

We are looking for motivated Drillers, Helpers and Drillers in Training to join our geotechnical and environmental drilling team in the Kelowna/Lake Country area. The role involves operating specialised drilling equipment and supporting field operations across various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate drilling and support equipment to collect data and samples.
• Drive and transport materials using light‑ and medium‑duty vehicles.
• Perform general labour tasks such as lifting, carrying and organising consumables.
• Transport water and maintain water supply on site.
• Assist with drilling operations, including handling heavy drill steel.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work sites.

Required profile

• Experience in geotechnical or environmental drilling is an asset but not required.
• Ability to pass pre‑access, post‑incident and annual drug and alcohol screening.
• Valid driver’s licence with a reasonable abstract; commercial licence is a plus.
• Willingness to work long outdoor hours in all conditions and travel for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
