District Manager – QSR (8‑unit)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QSR leader to manage an 8‑unit district across Quebec, from Montréal and Laval to Québec City, the South Shore, Gatineau and beyond. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will spend the majority of your time on‑site, coaching restaurant managers and driving performance.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L accountability for the district, with deep knowledge of financial results.
• Execution of key performance indicators including sales, labour, food cost and guest satisfaction.
• Recruiting, developing and retaining a strong management bench.
• Conducting monthly audits of financials, health & safety and HR compliance.
• Partnering with restaurant managers to remove barriers and improve performance.
• Supporting rollouts of new processes, promotions and initiatives across the market.

Required profile

• 2+ years as an Area Manager or Area Supervisor in a QSR environment, overseeing multiple locations.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with a strong focus on people development.
• Clear communication skills, adaptability and high energy.
• Bilingual in French and English to operate effectively in Quebec.
• Current District Manager managing 3‑4 units is a plus.

• Base salary up to $85,000 CAD.
